Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with any item that you purchased online or wish to exchange it, you may return it to ROCK BY GS for credit only under the following conditions, which are strictly observed:

• Cancellations must be made within 24 hours from the date your order is received.
• Returns must be received within 7 business days of receipt.
• Items must be without wear and in pristine condition.
• Returned item(s) are in their original packaging.
• All special order sales and sales items are final sales, including any alterations and/or modifications requested by the customer. A special order includes any item(s) not in stock, which has to be made especially for the customer. Customers will be notified immediately via email regarding this matter and can choose to cancel their purchase within 24 hours of receipt of such notification.
• Items purchased on our website cannot be returned to our store locations for credit, nor does our internet return policy apply to items purchased at our stores.
• Shipping charges will be deducted from any credits.
• rockbygs.com reserves the right to deny any unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
• Shipping charges are not refundable. We do not cover the shipping cost of a return. It is recommended that returns be insured for the full retail value of the merchandise as well as a tracking number for your package. We recommend returns to be sent by DHL to:
